Tree in Excel (Group Data)

Do you want to create your data like trees? (look at pic below).



How? May this tutorial help you…

1. create a blank workbook/worksheet
2. put your data or you can replicate the data on the pic
3. after that, block the cell that u want. If u replicate the data on the pic so u can block number 3-22 in A4-A23
4. click Data>Group and Outline>Group and if u want the symbol of “-“ upper , u can click Data>Group and Outline>Settings>uncheck Summary rows below detail
5. finish :)
